为促进益生菌与健康领域的学术交流与产业化应用，由江南大学与江苏省产业技术研究院主办的 “第三届益生菌、肠道微生物与人体健康国际研讨会”将于2019年11月14-16日在无锡市召开。此次会议旨在深入探讨益生菌与肠道健康领域的关键科学问题，实现食品、营养、微生物、临床医学等学科合作创新，促进益生菌及肠道微生态等领域理论技术发展。
迄今为止，益生菌、肠道微生物与人体健康国际研讨会已成功举办两届，吸引力来自全国各地的科研工作者及英国、美国、爱尔兰、荷兰、加拿大等国际专家。本届研讨会将汇聚海内外益生菌、肠道微生物与人体健康领域的知名专家、学者，聚焦益生菌的遗传多样性、益生菌的功能挖掘、肠道微生物与膳食、肠道微生物与免疫、肠道菌群的精准干预等热点，促进益生菌领域学术交流与产业化应用与国际交流合作。

The 2nd Symposium on Probiotics, Gut Microbiome undefined Health (PGuMH2018) will be held in Wuxi, an ancient city near Shanghai, China on October 25th-27th, 2018. PGuMH2018 will focus on the latest science developments, as well as a strong industry-led session on bringing technology to the marketplace. The symposium includes plenary lectures, panel discussions, a poster session and opportunities to network with the top scientists in the world.
Wuxi lies on the southern border of Jiangsu Province, about 128 kilometers (79.5 miles) northwest of Shanghai. It is a city richly endowed by nature. Owing to its pleasantly warm and moist climate, it boasts a reputation of the 'Land of Fish and Rice'. With a splendid history of over three thousand years, Wuxi claims to be 'the Pearl of Tai Lake'. Early in the Spring and Autumn Period (770 BC-476 BC), it had been the economic and politic center south of Yangtze River.
